PTS Reman is a wholesale manufacturer/supplier of automatic transmissions and torque converters. Our nationwide network of distributors rely on us to provide the right unit, at the right price, fast. Our goal is to make it easy for our partnering distributors, retailers, fleets, and MSO installers to get the highest quality transmissions without paying outrageous prices and/or risking their reputation with low-quality rebuilds. In addition, we want to inspire trust and confidence--we like to know our customers on a first name basis. We don't need to be the biggest; we just want to be known as the best. We create long-term relationships with customers who actually enjoy their buying experience.

There's a live person on the phone when you call. Believe it or not, you’ll get a living, breathing human being on the phone and not a complicated phone system or out-sourced call center. We'll be able to provide you real-time information and help.
Technical Assistance:
When necessary, you’ll be able to speak to a line supervisor or tech if there’s a problem requiring specialized care.
Attention to Urgency:
Our goal is to get your customer back on the road fast and with a dependable vehicle. If our unit is not functioning properly, we’ll replace it, and even help with the labor using All Data Labor guides at $50/hr.

For local & nationwide service, you can either order through one of our distributors, use our user-friendly website, or give us a call; or, if you're a distributor, you can order online using your own login/password.
A Warranty You Can Understand:
We want to help you get your installation perfect the first time; these units are our babies, after all! Each unit sent comes with a clear installation guide (including pictures!), core return instructions, and our warranty statement, guidelines & requirements. Hopefully you will not need to use your warranty, but just in case, we've provided a concise warranty statement to help you understand our process.
